The BOR made this announcement this week: The Bureau of Reclamation has scheduled a decrease in the release from Navajo Reservoir from 1,200 cubic feet per second (cfs) to 1,000 cfs on Saturday, September 21st, at 4:00 AM. July fishing has been toasty warm to downright hot, weatherwise. Temperatures are in the upper 90’s most days. Olive and gray midges and red larva are working in the quality waters. Orange eggs, copper johns and pheasant tails are being used below the special waters. Overall the fishing is good.
